Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Set Project Baseline Page of the Project Audit Wizard

Use this page to enter or verify the values for contract budget accounts.

Field Description
Negotiated Cost Enter the budgeted contract target cost.
Authorized Unpriced Work Enter the amount of authorized unpriced work.
Contract Budget Base This field displays the total of Negotiated Cost plus Authorized Unpriced Work.
Contract Ceiling This field represents the Budgeted and Estimate at Complete Contract Ceiling value for the project.
Management Reserve This field represents the amount from which values are debited to increase the distributed budget. The value that you enter here is debited or credited during the project's duration as you distribute the budget.
Distributed Budget This field displays the total currency budget value for the project.
Undistributed Budget This field displays the budgeted and estimated undistributed budget at completion of the project.
Over Target Baseline This field represents the total value of the budget in the Over Target class (OTB).
